Starting in January 2024, as Strategy Associate to the GM (f/m/d) you will be working on supporting the incredible french and german growth team at Hive and helping coordinate cross-functional projects across our international growth teams. Additionally, you will be supporting our General Manager France and Germany, with strategic and administrative tasks along with planning and executive work.
- Dynamic and Impactful Role: As Strategy Associate to the General Manager (GM), you will be at the heart of driving and supporting the growth function, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development & Account Management. You will be facilitating and testing new strategic initiatives, improving current processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's success. Additionally, you are responsible for the enablement of the GM and the local team, by supporting them in day-to-day tasks.
- Global Collaboration: You'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and in an international setup.
- A look behind the curtain: You will gain invaluable exposure to the inner workings of one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe.

- Enthusiasm to build an early-stage VC-backed company and reshape the logistics industry
- Professional experience in business development, sales, operations or marketing; background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Fluent in French and Strong English skills required
- 4-6 months availability
