As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be working on generating and converting leads on various channels into long-lasting Hive customers. As part of this role, you will:
- Focus on delivering value to potential customers. This means understanding the market they operate in, investigate their needs and pains, and tailor the perfect solution for them;
- Be a Hive ambassador and build contacts with the most exciting D2C brands in Italy via cold calling, cold emails, referrals, in-person events and much more;
- Tirelessly research e-commerce trends, news and opportunities for Hive to grow in the market, both by joining events and by doing detailed researches online;
- Bring customer knowledge directly and cleanly from calls to our internal teams, in order to announce customer-centricity and to live it by shaping a solution that really improves their operational set-up;
- Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks;
