The position

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will be working on the fulfillment team based in our centrally located Berlin office. As part of this role, you will:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement , provide insights into process gaps and potential
- Create and maintain operational dashboards for key stakeholders , monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and provide regular updates
- Agile response to the operational teams in busy times and peak periods
- Collaborate with the local fulfillment center team across locations and ensure clean data availability.
- Support the process engineers while driving change management
- Work closely with the partner management team, enabling partners with insights into efficient operations
- Required to travel to the fulfillment centers from time to time
The role of junior analyst is a fundamental toolkit to develop your numerical skill set and build up on your operational knowledge in helping e-commerce brands with their operations.

- Enthusiasm to build an early-stage VC-backed company and reshape the logistics industry
- Proficient with SQL and comfortable with using G-Sheets/Excel
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality
- Curiosity to dive deeper in to e-commerce operations and understand customer pain points
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Language: Fluent English skills
- Additional benefit if with logistics/supply chain experience
