We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern to join our central RevOps team in Berlin!
As a RevOps Intern, you will be an integral part of our hyper growth journey, by optimizing processes, ensuring data integrity, streamlining workflows, and maximizing CRM platform effectiveness to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. In our relatively new team you'll collaborate directly with the Revenue Operations Lead to establish the operational foundations for our Growth Team. You will be able to significantly shape the way we do growth at Hive - you are not a number, but a key driver of our success. - CRM Familiarity: Basic understanding of CRM systems HubSpot, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Enablement: Interest in documenting processes using tools like Notion and eagerness to learn about process documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Data Management: Basic knowledge of CRM data cleaning principles, with an eagerness to improve data integrity by identifying and resolving issues such as duplicates and incomplete data.
- Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with data for insights and performance tracking, including familiarity in building reports, with a focus on Google Sheets.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and external stakeholders, demonstrating a cooperative mindset conducive to teamwork.
- Initiative: Proactive and curious attitude, with a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
