We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our central RevOps team based in Berlin!
As a RevOps Manager, you will be an integral part of our hyper growth journey, by optimizing processes, ensuring high-quality data integrity, streamlining workflows, and maximizing the effectiveness of our CRM platform. In our relatively new team, you will be working directly together with the Revenue Operations Lead to build out every possible efficiency for our Growth Team. Also, you will be able to significantly shape the way we do growth at Hive - you are not a number, but a key driver of our success. Your profile

Experience in CRM Management: Expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Process Building: Identifying inefficient growth processes and translating them into efficient CRM workflows to streamline revenue operations, identifying pain points, automating tasks, and integrating data.
Data Management: Proficient in CRM data cleaning techniques to ensure integrity and accuracy, identifying duplicates, incomplete data, and inconsistencies, to ensure our analyses fulfill the highest standards.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage CRM data for insights and performance tracking, creating and interpreting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Advanced Spreadsheet/Excel skills required, SQL skills are a plus, not a must.
Team Collaboration: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, with a team-oriented mindset.
Attention to Detail: Seeing mistakes, room for improvement, details along every work dimension to ensure highest deliverable standards.
Drive: Proactive hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality, and curiosity-driven approach.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
