The position

As Operations Offering Manager, you will be working on supporting the Business Operations team based in our centrally located Berlin office. As part of this role, you will:

• Drive impact as part of Hive’s biggest revenue stream  
• Take full ownership of pricing partner contracts across Hive’s European markets 
• Shape and optimize Hive’s pricing strategy and process  
• Evaluate Hive’s existing operations partners and identify new strategic partnership opportunities
• Conduct competitive analyses and support tracking of key financial metrics 
• Manage cross-functional projects on pricing and operations offering 
• Work with our sales team to shape an attractive offering and present our operations network to e-commerce brands

Your profile

• You have 1+ years of work experience in a strategic business role (including internships)   
• You are highly analytical with strong business acumen 
• You have advanced spreadsheet skills and enjoy quantitative work 
• You work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner
• You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English
