As an Associate to the GM, you will be working on supporting the Spanish team based in our centrally located Madrid office. As part of this role, you will:
- Proactively support the development and management of Strategic Initiatives, Business Development, and Special Projects both internationally and for the Spanish market;
- Preparation of presentations, excel models, and data analysis in support of strategic projects;
- Actively assist in the preparation, management, and follow-up of strategic and operational business reviews to ensure the achievement of target results;
- Conduct market research, evaluate trends, and review industry reports in order to identify key insights on the Spanish market.

Your profile

- You have first experiences in project management, strategy, or business development
- Previous experience in e-commerce would be a plus
- You enjoy coordinating projects and working in a customer-centric way.
- You have very good analytical & empathic skills, which you use to your advantage in customer communication.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, and a certain "hunger" for personal development.
- You speak fluent Spanish, and also business fluent in English.
- Most importantly, you share our vision to build & democratize e-commerce logistics for D2C Brands!
