As Head of B2B Marketing (m/w/d) you will be working on supporting our incredible growth team at HIVE  generating new customer acquisition opportunities, market our groundbreaking product to generate upsells and ensure general excitement for all brands regarding Hive. With your dedicated team, you will shape and grow Hive exponentially.

  • Dynamic and Impactful Role: As Head of B2B Marketing you own the front of the funnel, ensuring the growth of Hive to dominate first the European market and then more. Additionally, you will ensure revenue growth by enabling our existing customers to buy our new features.
  • Global Role: You'll have the unique opportunity to coordinate our marketing efforts across our teams based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
  • A lot of ownership: You own and shape the marketing strategy at Hive and will have the opportunity to shape a brand and our success, based on your expertise and experience.

  • Marketing Lead Experience: You have been a successful marketing leader in an excellent company, showcasing superior growth and great overall economics
  • Leadership Experience: You were responsible for other employees and helped them grow, develop and thrive through your leadership
  • Strategic & analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities, analyze marketing channel efficiency (attribution, etc.) and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, able to anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details to achieve marketing excellence
  • Language Proficiency & communication skills: Exceptional communication skills in English are required, and additional fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the role.
