If you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you!As Junior People Operations Manager, you will take care of our lovely Berlin Office in Mitte, impactful people operations tasks, and contribute to strategic and cultural projects.
Berlin Office- Ensure a positive and productive workplace environment by managing office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Manage office budgets and expenses efficiently to support organizational goals.
People Operations- Support maintaining accurate employee records and data management systems in our HRIS Personio
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from pre-boarding to integration into the team.
- Manage hardware inventory and coordinate procurement, allocation, and maintenance of hardware assets
Strategic and Cultural Projects
- Actively contribute to the organization and execution of ongoing OKR initiatives, team events, company-wide meetings, etc
- Continuously develop existing processes and thus make an important contribution to the growth of Hive
