Business Development Manager - UK (f/m/d)

The position

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you’ll be working on supporting the UK growth team based in our London office. As part of this role, you will:

Own the entire upper funnel and create new opportunities with thriving D2C brands.
Deliver demo presentations to prospects, negotiate and close deals independently.
Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks.
Take a consultative approach to a customers needs.
Build and iterate the Hive pitch to articulate the value proposition of the company.
Analyse new target customer segments and launch growth initiatives.

Entrepreneurial spirit to build a fast-growing VC-backed company in a new market and reshape the logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-centric mindset
Curiosity to dive deeper into e-commerce operations and go above and beyond to solve customer pain points
Reliable team player with a goal-oriented way of working - there’s nothing wrong with being competitive!
min. 1-2 years of professional experience in business development or sales
Hubspot experience is a plus.
