The position

• Be part of the largest and most challenging projects contributing to Hive’s growth across new customer segments and business verticals. 
• Identify, plan, & scale new revenue growth opportunities for the Hive team, to diversify our business model.
• Take over responsibility for the operational implementation of a new revenue line in one of our fulfillment locations.
• Support the screening for, negotiations, and operations of new sites in Germany and across Europe. 
• Become an essential part of the Hive expansion team by working closely with leadership, across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Enthusiasm to participate in the growth of a fast-paced VC-backed scale-up on the mission to democratize D2C e-commerce fulfillment.
• Empathetic communication skills across internal and external stakeholders and a team-oriented mindset.
• First experiences with data analysis and decision-preparation from a top-tierconsulting firm, investment bank, VC, or high-growth venture are a plus.
• A relentless drive coupled with a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality. Your 
  proactivity and curiosity are what set you apart.
• A high degree of adaptability with the availability to travel up to 80% of your 
  time to our European/ UK locations. 
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is considered a plus.
