As a Junior Partner Manager DE, you will work in our Operations team based in our centrally located Berlin office. As part of this role, you will:

Drive impact on the operations offering in Hive’s biggest revenue stream and markets
Negotiate delivery carrier contracts and own the carrier journey end-to-end
Ensure operational smoothness with delivery and freight partners
Utilize and monitor partner performance data to fuel negotiations and identify efficiency improvements
Establish long-term relationships with Hive’s selected operations partners and conduct business reviews
Support the development of Hive’s operational partner portfolio in the German & Polish markets

Your profile

You have 1-2 years of work experience (incl. internships)
You have strong business acumen and enjoy building business relationships
You work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner
You are mentally flexible and have an operational and strategic mindset
You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German
