Create impact: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for turning leads into long-lasting Hive customers. You’ll build relationships with potential merchants, understand their challenges, and show them where Hive could support their business.

Collaborate on a global scale: Our team is a diverse and global collective of professionals passionate about building the future of commerce operations. You will collaborate with your peers in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK and have the opportunity to work with Europe's most exciting brands.

Onboarding: Your journey will begin in Berlin, home to Hive’s core teams, where you will spend the first-month gaining in-depth knowledge and learning directly from our experts. You’ll receive a precise and exciting onboarding experience that will set you up for success while starting to build the Dutch team. To make this experience seamless, accommodation and food will be provided.

After this immersive month, you’ll return to Amsterdam to roll up your sleeves and launch the Dutch market with full force!

Your profile

Extraordinary Drive: You’re a winner personality and always give 120% in everything you do. If you have a target, you crush it and strive in environments where the people around you do the same.

Experience: You have +2 years of experience and a demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding your targets, preferably at a hyper-growth scale-up or top-tier company.

Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You anticipate challenges, address them effectively, and stay ahead on details to keep projects on track and achieve customer excellence. You need to be passionate about leveling up our customers.

Reliable team player with a goal-oriented mindset - there’s nothing wrong with being competitive!

Willingness to learn: At Hive we pride ourselves on continually growing beyond ourselves. We never accept the status quo and continually work on becoming a better version of ourselves.

Language requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
