Create impact: As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic point of contact for our partner brands. Your role will involve supporting their growth objectives and leveling up the customer by building trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and manage onboarding processes.

The job is based in Amsterdam, starting the 1st of May 2025.

For the onboarding, your journey will begin in Berlin, home to Hive’s core teams, where you will spend the first-month gaining in-depth knowledge and learning directly from our experts (accommodation and food will be provided). After this immersive month, you’ll return to Amsterdam to roll up your sleeves and launch the Dutch market with full force!

Your profile

We know - sometimes, you can’t tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit!

Relevant experience: You have +2 years of experience and a demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding your targets, preferably at a hyper-growth scale up or top tier company.

Extraordinary drive & Team player: You have a winner personality and always give 120% in everything you do. If you have a target, you crush it and strive in environments where the people around you do the same.

Problem-solving skills & Attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, can anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track, and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details necessary in executive work.

Strategic & Analytical mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives; you can also put numbers into a business context.

Willingness to learn: At Hive we pride ourselves on continually growing beyond ourselves. We never accept the status quo and continually work on becoming a better version of ourselves.

Language proficiency & Communication skills: Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English are required, and additional knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the role.
